A 3-4 bedroom villa with a pool in the Cannes hinterland (Mougins, Valbonne) generally starts at €3,000–5,000 per week in low season, and can reach €10,000–15,000 in high season (July–August). Seafront villas in Antibes or Cap d'Ail, or large event properties, can easily exceed €20,000–50,000 per week. During the Cannes Film Festival or the Monaco Grand Prix, an additional premium applies to certain highly sought-after properties. We always provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees.
The basic rental includes access to the property with all its facilities (pool, kitchen, terrace, parking). Depending on the owners and properties, weekly housekeeping, linen and utilities (water, electricity, internet) may be included or billed separately. The vast majority of Côte d'Azur villas are rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In low and mid-season (October to May, excluding events), some owners accept 3 or 4-night rentals, particularly for weekends. In high season (June to September) and during major events such as the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM or the Monaco Grand Prix, the minimum stay is almost always 7 nights, and the best properties are booked months in advance. For a short-notice or atypical-duration request, contact us: our network often allows us to find a solution where mainstream platforms fail.
The Cannes Film Festival (usually in May) is the most sought-after event of the year on the Riviera. The best villas within 15 minutes of the Croisette are booked as early as October–November of the previous year. We strongly recommend contacting us in autumn to secure your property. If you have specific needs — VIP access, large capacity for a production team, terrace for private cocktails, staff accommodation — specify them from your first enquiry. We also work with owners who release last-minute properties, sometimes two to four weeks before the Festival, but these are exceptions and they go very quickly.

Some of our villas have professional kitchens, generators, sound and lighting equipment and large spaces for technical teams. Yes, all owners require a security deposit, generally between 20 and 50% of the total rental amount. This deposit is paid upon signing the rental agreement and returned in full within 7 to 14 days after your departure, following inspection of the property. Some very high-end villas may require an additional security deposit to cover valuable furnishings or the pool. We systematically check each owner's conditions and inform you transparently before your commitment.
Absolutely. A private chef at home is one of our most appreciated options. We work with a selection of professional chefs — some trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in the region — capable of intervening for a single dinner or for the entire duration of your stay. The chef arrives with their ingredients (shopping included), prepares the meal, sets the table and leaves a spotless kitchen. All our villas are within one hour of Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE), and most are 30–40 minutes away. Cannes is 45–50 minutes, Mougins 35 minutes, Antibes 30 minutes and Juan-les-Pins 25 minutes. We systematically coordinate your airport transfer: a chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name-board, takes care of your luggage and drives you directly to your villa in a Mercedes. This service is included in our concierge offer, with no supplement for delayed flights (real-time tracking).
This depends entirely on the owners. Part of our catalogue accepts pets, particularly small and medium-sized dogs. Other owners refuse outright for allergy reasons or to protect furnishings and gardens. We always ask you to mention your pets from your first enquiry so we can immediately filter our selection on this criterion. In all cases, a cleaning supplement may be charged. If you travel with a large animal or with several pets, please specify this so we can identify suitable properties.
