
Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between HK LUXURY (SASU with capital of 500 EUR, SIREN 922 040 126, registered office: 2732 Route Nationale 7, 06270 Villeneuve-Loubet), operating the Plug-In Cannes service, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", and any natural or legal person making a reservation for a chauffeured transportation service, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 - Services offered
HK LUXURY offers the following services:
- Private chauffeur transportation (VTC) in accordance with the French Transport Code
- Airport transfers (Nice Cote d'Azur, Cannes-Mandelieu)
- Hourly or daily vehicle hire with chauffeur
- Long-distance transfers along the French Riviera (Monaco, Saint-Tropez, etc.)
- Concierge and travel assistance services
Article 3 - Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the online booking form on our website. The reservation is confirmed upon validation by the Provider and sending a confirmation to the Client.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information when booking: surname, first name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, number of passengers, desired date and time.
For airport transfers, the Client must provide the flight number to enable real-time tracking.
Article 4 - Rates and payment
Rates are communicated to the Client at the time of booking and are expressed in euros including all taxes. They include the provision of a vehicle with chauffeur, fuel, tolls, insurance and applicable taxes.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is due at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Rates may be revised during periods of high demand (Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, exceptional events) or for night rides (between 8pm and 7am), with a surcharge communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
Article 5 - Cancellation and modification
The Client may cancel or modify their reservation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before: no charge
- Cancellation between 24h and 2h before: 50% of the ride amount
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before or no-show: 100% of the ride amount
Schedule changes without route modification are free if communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Destination changes may result in a rate revision.
Article 6 - Waiting time
For airport transfers, a free waiting period of 45 minutes after landing is included for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
For other pick-ups, a free waiting period of 15 minutes is allowed from the agreed time. Beyond this, a waiting surcharge will be applied.
Article 7 - Provider obligations
The Provider commits to:
- Provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle complying with current safety standards
- Make available a professional chauffeur holding a valid VTC card
- Comply with traffic regulations and ensure passenger safety
- Hold professional civil liability insurance covering passenger transport
- Ensure the confidentiality of Client information and travel details
- Respect agreed schedules
Article 8 - Client obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Respect the vehicle provided and refrain from smoking inside
- Not transport illicit, dangerous or malodorous products
- Report any special requirements at the time of booking (baby seat, wheelchair, bulky luggage)
- Be present at the agreed time and pick-up location
- Pay the amount due according to agreed conditions
In the event of damage to the vehicle attributable to the Client, the Client will be required to cover repair costs.
Article 9 - Liability
The Provider is liable for damage caused to passengers during transport, in accordance with current legal provisions.
The Provider cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (exceptional traffic, weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, force majeure).
The Provider cannot be held responsible for items left in the vehicle. However, it will endeavour to return them to the Client as soon as possible.
Article 10 - Personal data
Personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 - Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted within 7 days of the service, by email to contact@plug-in-cannes.com or by post to the registered office. The Provider undertakes to process any complaint within 30 days.
Article 12 - Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use the mediation service offered by HK LUXURY free of charge. The designated consumer mediator can be reached via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Article 13 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts of the Provider's registered office jurisdiction shall have sole jurisdiction.
